How to register a company in the Netherlands 2026
Netherlands company incorporation with TKEG Expat — we register your Dutch Besloten Vennootschap (BV), the Dutch private limited liability company, through a Dutch civil-law notary and with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK): deed of incorporation, power of attorney for remote formation, Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) registration, beneficiary background due diligence, and the KvK registration fee (EUR 82.25 from 1 January 2025). Dutch law requires a local commercial address; our virtual address covers it. If shares are held through a legal entity in a high-risk or tax-avoidance jurisdiction (e.g. BVI, Cayman), an additional background check fee applies — see our Other Service Quotation.
